Question: im 15 and about to start gymnastics I have my dubble full so am hoping to move up fast! So i just really need to know what high level gymnast wear under there leotards like i mean i dont really have big boobs or anything! lol Thanks!
Answer: Well usually gymnasts wear high cut briefs with a flesh tone so it wont pop out of the leotard but you actually have other options e.g. wearing thongs or just wearing nothing at all. I would recommend the high cut ones cos they are the best for comfort and assurance (you can get them in GK) and use some butt glue or TufSkin to prevent revealing As for bras you can choose to wear them (preferably flesh colored ones) or jus wrap band aids (i know this sounds weird but some of my teammates do that) or wear sports bra LOL i sound so stupid Good luck in your gymnastics
