Do you brits hunt with bb guns?

Answer: The answer to your question is yes. The confusion arises from the fact that you refer to BB guns....the British call them air rifles. To the Brits a BB gun is something a child would have....when I first got here I saw air rifles as BB guns also. There is a huge market in the UK for air rifles and British manufactures are some of the best in the world.....I guess they have to be for obvious reasons. Within certain limits imposed by law some animals can be killed with air rifles in the UK. Finally, as an American now living in England I can assure you that though nowhere near as powerful as cartridge rifles, air rifles are actually a great deal of fun and the principles of weapon handling apply to them just as much.
