Question: For a second I thought it looked like the Browning Hi-Power Mk II but now I don't think it is. I looked at all the common law enforcement pistols I could think of but couldn't find a match. Anyone know what kind of pistol it is? Yeah I suppose I didn't see that there were two different guns. What kind of Beretta is the two-tone one if you don't mind my asking? It didn't like like and M9 and I couldn't find a look-alike when I searched for it (Beretta and Colt were the two companies I looked the most at).
Answer: There were two different guns in the movie, the one that he actually shot looked like it could have been a M&P or the Browning Hi-Power Mk II. The one they carried most of the movie looked more like a Sig of some kind.
